If you suspect you're being followed

If a vehicle keeps the same distance behind you after a few direction changes, try a simple test: make two consecutive turns in the same direction around a single block. A car that happens to follow the same turning pattern is probably not a coincidence.

Never drive straight to your home or workplace in that situation. Head to the nearest busy public place — a gas station with people around, a shopping center, or a police module if you know one on the route.

Always keep enough fuel so you're not left stranded looking for somewhere to go. And if it feels serious, call emergency services right away while driving toward that safe place, without stopping to wait.
