What's better left out of sight

Avoid visibly wearing high-value jewelry or watches while driving with the windows down in slow traffic or at long lights. A rolled-down window on a high-end car unintentionally becomes a display case.

If you post photos of your car on social media, avoid real-time location tags, especially if the photo was taken outside your home or workplace. Share those posts with a delay of a few hours or days.

This doesn't mean hiding what you have or living in constant suspicion — it simply means not handing information to someone looking for an easy target.
